In the past, I maybe haven’t wisely choose my words especially to certain people. Still, today I need to learn how to filter my mouth to certain audiences. I swear when I probably shouldn’t, I say the wrong thing to some people. I just need to learn to think before I speak.
What We leave behind
Well I would like my life story said and my accomplishments in life listed in chronological order. I would like to have kids and a place of my own someday. I would hope to change their life for the good. I want my kids to be respectful and if it is a boy raise him to be a gentleman. Respect is a big thing, along with a balance of pride and humility. It is sometimes hard to consistently have a healthy balance of pride and humility. This is because if you have too much pride, you become blind to the feelings of others and you start to think too highly of yourself and start to look down on your peers. But if you are too humble you get taken advantage of and nobody deserves that. I would have to eventually take care of my parents. Especially my dad. He’s already had 1 back surgery and he continues to put strain on his back. I would just like to keep the tradition of farming in the family and not sell out to some big co-op. I want something my own son can pass down through generations to come.
Impossible burger
The United States Cattlemen Association argues that ‘beef’ comes from flesh from a cow. While the Plant Based Foods Association says nobody is trying to trick consumers. The bill defines beef as “any product containing edible meat tissue harvested in whole form from domesticated Bos indicus or Bos Taurus cattle.” The U.S. Cattlemen Association (USCA) and the Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA) are dealing with the issue (along with others I’m sure I missed). One other bill that I know of. The milk VS fake milk. The Kansas Livestock Organization backs the legislation.
Coronavirus and Agriculture
The virus outbreak was started in Wuhan, China. In terms of the origin, scientists say that it may have started, originally, in bats and snakes. The outbreak could affect agriculture by infecting animals. It could be devastating to livestock. The food could be contaminated. As a result, the amount of people that ate the contaminated food has the virus and it will further spread. We import literally almost everything from China. You can’t really buy anything without it having “made in China” written on the side. As an effect of the virus, we will need to import less things from China and produce more things ourselves. Going with this effect, the jobs may even rise due to the coronavirus (don’t quote me though).
How things appear
I think the daily points for participation would be a good idea. I don’t believe that having assignments and stuff like that would work because then they wouldn’t do the work anyway and just have a bunch of missing assignments. Recently I have not been getting all my blog posts in on time so I will definitely try to start getting those done sooner. I will try to get on my classmates to try and help them get their stuff done. I think that most of the kids realize that you are a caring person and take advantage of that. So if you keep on them about getting stuff done they will more than likely get it done.
Uncertainty
I am uncertain about a lot of things. When it comes to heavenly things, like is there heaven, or if theres life after death, I like to have faith in God and do my best to live this way. I need to trust in God. Is the world going to end in 40 years do to global warming? I don’t know, it may and if it does I just need to trust that God will bring me to heaven.

My life is sort of an open book. Most everybody knows my story. I just try not to make it a big deal and feel sorry for myself because there are people that have it a lot worse than I do. I don’t really wish things to change because every situation in life teaches you something that you didn’t know before.
Thermostat or thermometer
I believe Noah is a thermostat. This is because he is a great role model. I mean he is 17 and is setting good goals and actually going through with them. If a leaders attitude is poor, that will reflect upon the team. There is a gap between what we say and what we do because we give into temptation. We see an easy way and we take that direction. Well to live by a set of values means that you have morals that you live by. Yes, Espacially since there is social media now. I believe modern technology plays a role in that too. It’s scary because different social media can control what you see. So they can almost manipulate what you see and can’t see. I like to think I have a set of morals; however I could work on how much I live by them.
Wildorado
I think that I resemble the guy that wasn’t really around cattle his whole life. This is because I haven’t, I mean my gramps had cows when I was REALLY young. Noah reminds me of the guy that knew how everything worked, but really didn’t know how to work with a team. I believe that without the school, the only place to talk about in Humboldt to talk at would be the bar and the friendlys gas station. Yes a big idea like this is possible, because we have plenty of people that would help out and I bet that they would support it too. This being said, I can’t say for sure how serious people would take it. Well, to support something like this in our community, the FFA would probably raise money through a fund raiser or something. We can support the activities by maybe fundraising a little bit more.
2020
Some say it is WW3 but it may just be another war. I don’t know, it is definitely something to pay attention to. I don’t know if we will have people living in space in 2020; however I do see in the near future us inhabiting other planets. As far as people starving, there definitely is many potential outcomes. It could go wither way. I don’t know how the political world will revolve this year. If a war was started in Iran, it sure would be funny for Donald Trump to start a war and just pass it off to some other, brand-new president.
